Artificial intelligence is undergoing a profound transformation driven by large foundation models. Spanning language generation, multimodal reasoning, cross-domain knowledge synthesis, and adaptive scenario generalization, these models are catalyzing a paradigm shift—from computation-centric analytics to cognition-aware, human-aligned decision intelligence. At this critical inflection point, the inaugural China Conference on Large Foundation Model and Decision Intelligence (CCLD) emerges as a premier nexus for interdisciplinary innovation and collaborative advancement.
CCLD2024 is jointly organized by the China Institute of Command and Control(CICC), the College of Systems Engineering, National Key Laboratory of Big Data and Decision. The conference will be held in Hangzhou, China, from July 19 to 21, 2024. Featuring keynote addresses by distinguished academicians, thematic workshops, and technical exhibitions, CCLD2024 convenes scholars, researchers, and industry leaders to explore foundational theories, algorithmic innovations, and real-world implementations at the intersection of foundation models and decision intelligence.
We cordially invite submissions of original research in English or Chinese. Accepted English papers will be recommended for publication in SCI journals including The Innovation. Outstanding Chinese papers will be recommended to core Chinese journals such as the Journal of Command and Control and the Journal of National University of Defense Technology. Join us in Hangzhou to exchange visionary ideas, forge meaningful collaborations, and collectively shape the next chapter of intelligent decision systems.
